GLG Toolkit is a program design for developing highly graphical dynamic interfaces. The Builder allows the developer to define the look of an interface independent of its functionality, and change it at any time without touching the code, avoiding time-consuming compile-link cycles.
Creates and debugs Applets or Java Swing applications with the Visual Editor.
